I forget the wording on the screens, but the FPP (Retail) MS
disks will try to recognize the Windows install on the disk, and
just overwrite it...  This means you loose all your settings, and
all your patches.  The data is fairly safe. People sometimes
loose their MS Addressbooks, and can't figure out how to get
their mail back to where they can see it...

Sorry I can't be more specific. But backups are always a good
idea in "any" case...
(You always forget something, and go digging for it later <grin>...)
