Ashok:
       Thats a hardisk failure error. Either the hd is gone or the
controller failed. Try a Low Level format either with Debug or some
sharware utility (HDTEST.*)

You will need to know the Cylinders/Heads/Sectors info. to proceed with
the formatting. You can lookup the Make/Model specs in THEREF42.* or get
it from the manufacturer's website (if they exist!)

Or post the make & model number of your hd and the controller . Somebody
here would be able provide the info you need.
