In the "Security Settings" > "Advanced" you can create a "local zone" by
entering an IP range, say from xxx.xxx.xxx.0 to xxx.xxx.xxx.255. You can set
your local security settings to low. This should allow you to access your
local network.

but still have to shutdown zonealarm to get on the internal network, but
it's not a
big problem for me.. also i'm using only one network card...  and i'm not
using any
wingate or other programm's like that...
