To set external CPU frequency to 112MHz versus the standard 100MHz normally
used for a 350, change jumper CLK2 from pins 1-2 to pins 2-3 (ref. your
VA503+ manual).  This will run at effectively 112 times 3.5 = 392 MHz, which
is more stable than trying 100MHz at 4.0.  Keep in mind, though, that this
board can use a K6-2 450, which is $50 shipped right now, which will be
faster and more reliable than the 350 over clocked to 375 (although you may
require a BIOS flash to use a 450 properly depending on your board version).

You may (likely) experience instability on this motherboard at 112 external
bus frequency.
