What are the boot files that I need? Do I need to partitian it for DOS?
Right now it's just a regular second drive.
USB is enabled in my bios.

If you board permits the change, you need to go into the BIOS and change
the
boot order making D the first choice. The D drive needs to have the boot
files on it, the system will try to boot from it and then go to the next
choice.

This could be because the USB is not enabled in the BIOS, check that
first.
