Hi yourself,

I did all that.  I was awake at three am., and did a search for the
files I am missing and found it at some site.  They told the person that
had the same problem that she/he should delete the file from the
registry.  I have done it before, but I cannot remember how to get to
the registry.  Would you mind telling me.  If I screw anything up, it
will not matter, because I cannot use the scanner either, and I do not
know which file (I have two now the other one is LTFILTON.DLL.

Hi,

If the file exists but cannot load, it most likely is corrupted. I would
probably uninstall Outlook Express using the Add/Remove Programs tool in
Control Panel, then reinstall Outlook Express.
