Hello,

There is a program called "Dr Hardware 2000" available on
http://www.zdnet.com/ which among other things, lists all
running processes in the computer in plain language along
with the previosly cryptic filenames.

It also can benchmark your computer, and lists all port, irq,
dma, etc values for your system in easy to understand displays.
