Well Jack
 Look at it like this...we all start with 100% its like you got paid today
and have 100% of your check but on the way home you droped by the store got
food and gas and something else. each product you bought took away from the
100% of you money. Its the same with the resources. All kinds of stuff loads
up when you start your computer. SOME YOU GOT TO HAVE !!.So you will see a
drop in resources. Some is just software driven that the owners of the
software thought you would like to have it start when you boot.
