G'Morning to all

Has anyone out there any experience with LS120 disk and drives? We use them
at work and in several cases have had trouble with previously good disks.
What happens is that a user will store say 15 or 20 meg of information on a
disk, and then suddenly when trying to access the disk it becomes very very
slow (10 minutes to read the directory structure). For awhile, the disk
works in this manner and then it fails to work at all.

Has anyone had any similiar experiences, or know of a particular weakness in
the LS120 medium that might cause this type of failure? This is not
specific to a single machine, as it has happened on sevdral different
machines at different times, and is not always repeatable. It appears to be
a hardware problem associated with the disks themselves, but could prehaps
be from the drives.

Any help always appreciated
