    While personally, I wouldn't go with an ISA tv out card, or tv out
capable card, that technically is all you need. There are a great many video
cards on the market today with video and s-video out. Currently I have the
STB Velocity 4400, with the nVidia Riva TNT, and it has both video and
s-video ports on it.
