Hi Tim,
    Since all three fans stopped working, it looks like your
fan voltage supply has quit.  You will need to remove the
connectors from the fans one by one and check to see if
there is any voltage on the lines.  If there is no voltage
and there are no open connecting links between the
connectors and the power supply, the power supply itself
would appear to be at fault.
