The missing file is likely mvapi2.dll rather than mvap12.dll. Try 
dll4free.com and download a copy of the missing file. Placing a copy in 
Windows/system32 folder and a copy in Windows/system folder, should 
solve your problem.

mvapi2.dll seems to be related to IE and mvap12.dll seems to be related 
to print shop or photo shop.
