        Depends on the OS, if you use win3.1 that is pretty low, if you use win95
that is way too low, are these your resources right after booting?? If so
you have too much of something loading. Try disabling resident programs you
don't need, and eliminate fonts you don't use. That is a start. Win3.1
usually has resources around 70% after some use, win95 usually is up in the
high 80's and low 90's, for example I am at 84% right now. Note though that
sometimes programs when you close them do not give back their resources,
causing a sort of leak which is what you might be suffering. Hope this
