If the person doesn't need the computer for a couple weeks, I would
recommend going with the Matrox Millenium G400 graphics card which will be
out soon.  It's a loaded graphics card with 16 or 32MB of RAM and a 300 or
360 Mhz processor and the ability to output to two different monitors or to
a monitor and a TV seperately.  The website is at http://www.matrox.com/ .
