I could be wrong, but the core voltage on K6II cpus I've worked with
is 2.2volts
check at atrend's homepage www.atrend.com and AMD www.amd.com
I don't think your board is listed to support K6II, but it still is
possible, if the voltage
and the multiplier is right. Your K6II-300 is a 66 mhz cpu?
I recently tried to get a k6II 333 (66 mhz) working on a atc-5050 and
didn't have any luck.
Also you might try a search on www.deja.com to see if anyone mentioned
a K6II on a atc-5030 in a newsgroup.
