I've installed many 56K modem in PCs running Win98se.  This time
I keep getting a message that there is no dial tone.  But I know there
is a dial tone, and the Contol Panel\ modems properties\ diagnostics\
more information does yield the AT Commands.
I think my Registry is corrupted.  I'm not afraid to get into the
Registry.
Can anyone tell me where to look in the registry or what to do?
Any and all advice is welcomed.  Thanks,
