    I recently formatted "C" and reinstalled Windows 98.  Since then I can not start the computer in DOS mode.  When I click shut down, then restart in MS DOS mode I see messages from the sound card then C:\> , C:\>  Then the computer beeps and restarts Windows 98. The start disck and DOS Prompt work. Does anyone have any hints as to where I should look for the problem.
