Can anybody tell me why my Win98 machine does not prompt for a password?

I have it logging into an NT Domain, NIC installed properly and it works
just fine if I start it up and then select log out and then put my password
in.

Also, the network neighborhood does not show any of the other computers on
the network.  I can use the find computer function and can find and connect
to any of them that way.

What did I forget to uncheck?
