Hello all,

The other day I was observing memory modules that had
recently been removed from a workstation. Below is the information
that's located on each module:

(16x64s1064c16nNEC) and (8x64 PC100-322-620)

I know this workstation has a total of 192 MB of RAM but what exactly do
all the numbers above represent. For future reference, I would like to
know how to determine the type of RAM (SDRAM. DDR, PC100 etc,) the size
of the RAM and any other parameters that the numbers on the actually
memory module represent by sight. Thanks in advance.

Terrence
