I ask those who respond, please respond on list, as I have same problem,
Win98. On my computer, CDRW sometimes shows in My Computer, sometimes
doesn't. When it doesn't, Device Mgr says working properly. I have not
tried starting CDRW with command line. Interestingly, both of us have
problem with CDRW, not CD-ROM. Mine is Plextor.
