That wireless button on the keyboard turns the radio transciever on and off,
and nothing more. The rest of the device will continue to function as it
should. Windoes won't know a thing, other than it's not receiving beacon
signals from any Wi-fi access points and Bluetooth devices. Hope this

Good morning!

My laptop has one of those fancy new keyboards with a button for turning
wireless on and off.  I think that it simultaneously turns Wi-Fi and
Bluetooth on and off.

At the moment I keep Bluetooth disabled in Control Panel, since I don't even
own any Bluetooth devices.  I would like to disable the Windows XP
"Bluetooth Support Service", just to free up a little more memory and
processor power, and to speed up booting.

Will this interfere with using the keyboard wireless button to turn Wi-Fi on
and off?
