Have what may be a basic question and was hoping you may have heard of
it and have simple solution or method to check the problem source.
Q.:   Have a Cicero 2.2 GHz Pentium 4 PC with 640 Mb memory and 40 Gb HD
running Windows XP Home Ed and MS Office 2002. Has an HP DVD drive
(HP dvd writer dvd630). Problem is that each time PC is bootup the DVD
drive door opens and stays open with the dvd disk caddy tray open
(protruding from PC).
Need to know why or how to change a setting(?) to prevent DVD door and
tray opening.
