Jumper settings all look right.  I probably will be pulling the cpu out of
my pc to test this problem, I'm hesitating, but realize this probably needs
to be done to see whether the mb or cpu is the problem. I'm just a little
nervous since my pc is running perfectly, and I don't like touching anything
if its working fine.    Al
