These are useful links, but I'm a bit hazy about some of the terminology.
What does "OEM Edition" mean, and is "Windows 98 Second Edition" the full
operating system? Is $150 or so the correct price for the operating system?

Sorry for all the newbie questions. I want to buy Windows 98 legitimately.
