Mobo CD does not include hard disk controller driver. Intel says their
driver for chipset is for Win95, and to use Microsoft driver for Win98.
Results of using Microsoft driver, detailed below, is Yellow ! in Device
Mgr. I had done as you recommend in BIOS. (I am not sure, however, the
difference in doing this and just enabling IDE HDD AUTO DETECTION.) BIOS
detects CD-RW and DVD, but neither show up in My Computer or Device Mgr.
