You should make the DVD a slave to the CDROM, it's not usually wise to have
anything other than another hard drive as the slave to the master hard drive
(hard drives on one IDE and CD drives on the other IDE).  Although, I have
been able to put internal Zip drives on the same IDE as the hard drive and
not had any problems.

Also,I have had problems with the Plextor manager software and the ability
to use CD-RW disks, so I leave the Plextor software off of the system and
just use the Easy CD Creator.
