Which Monitor would be the best buy??

Hi!
 
I would like to have some opinions about which one of these monitors
would be the best buy:

*Samtron 19” Flat 96BDF  (€239)
*Philips 17” 76?Mb (Magic Bright)  (€229)
*Samsung 151S  TFT  (€308)


Since this TFT is one of the the cheapest TFTs around and since this
technology is giving the first steps yet, should it be a good buy among
the others CRTs?? Didn’t want to spend much more money now, so… 

Advise on other models or brands are also welcomed!!
