Hi,

the obvious: did you check to make sure the sound was not muted?

Thanks and have a Great Day!

Joe Lore

For some strange reason my sound card doesn't work. The device manager
says its working fine, but the sounds and audio devices panel says there
is no audio device installed and when I try to play any sounds it
doesn't work and the system says the sound card may be in use, but it's
not. How can I fix this problem. I went through the troubleshooting
guide and that didn't help any. I'm about ready to give up and call
creative labs tech support (I have a sound blaster live).
