Maybe that's why someone was selling it?

I have installed Z11 on 3 different computers running Win95 and Win98
without incident.  Have you installed the software?  Have you searched the
Lexmark site for possible patches?  Have you chosen the Z11 when printing?
Is the problem in all programs or just one?

Inquiring minds want to know.
