I'm running XP Home. Whenever I try to drag and drop a folder in Explorer, I get an error message:

             CShellExtension::XDropTarget::DragEnter


The message on the title bar reads: shelle~1. I have to click on the message several times to close it and as often as not Explorer will freeze and I have to Clt-Alt-Del to shut down the program. I have to trouble moving the folders by right clicking, only dragging and dropping. Does anyone know what the error means?
