Just take the newest update that is listed on the website.. look at the dates
if there is...

And for the flash program yes.. make a boot flop, copy flash util and bios
update to the disk, delete some files from the disk that you don't need like
format, sys.com and ramdrive so you have some space to work with.

Boot with flop, run flash program normally if it's a good flash program than
the program will give you a option to save the existing bios (please do that)
after you have done that update the bios with the new bios version...
