I have an Intel Snapshot PC camera and when I try to take a picture while connected to the PC I get the following message;

Unable to connect to capture device (e.g., camera).  If another applicationis using the capture device, close it.

I'm trying to take this picture right after booting up and no other app has started (that I know of).  Can someone tell me what type of application may be using this when I haven't started anything else?
