You have:
Jumpers->shown by bios:
150(2.5x60)->133(2x66)
166(2.5x66)->150(2.5x60)
There seems to be no law of change. If the diagnostics show
as jumper settings, may be the bios messes to find speed
because of the last (as allways?) change you made, giving a
lower read. Think that surely bios cannot distinguish
individual settings for multipliers and mobo speed, but an
overall speed.
So check for a new bios.

  Starting point:        (-1)^(-1) = -1
  Applying logarithms: (-1)*ln(-1) = ln(-1)
  Since ln(-1) <> 0, dividing:  -1 = 1     (ln(-1) is
complex, but exists)
