There is a quicker way to launch Task Manager with any version of NT
(including Windows 2000 and XP). Just press CTRL SHIFT ESC - another
convenient key press designed by Microsoft!

Task Manager can be brought up by pressing CTRL ALT DELETE and then
pressing the Task Manager button.

However, I prefer to launch it by making a shortcut to
\winnt\system32\taskmgr.exe, and then assigning it a hotkey.
