Personally, I would stay away from someone who says you'll "be sorry" if
you don't take his advice.  I've used Western Digital exclusively for the
past six years and have never had a problem with them.  I know that there
was a BIOS problem with one of their models a few years back but they
replaced all of the ones that had the problem.  I know of some people still
using five year old Western Digital drives.  I don't think Fujitsu has the
track record to make a judgement on their long-term reliability.
