Have you tried resetting the router to factory defaults?  Unplug everything from the router and follow the reset to default values instructions.  Then start over from scratch. Make sure the modem is unplugged from its power source. First power up the router and wait for it to initialize per your manual, then power up the modem and wait for it to initialize. The router will have reassigned IP's to everything and the modem will have initialized the new setup.  You might also check to see if there is a firmware update for your router.
