SCSI Hard Drives

Does anybody have any suggestions for upgrading a small Novell
network with 8 users. I think a 18 GB SCSI drive will be fine for
size. I am not sure about 68 pin vs 80 pin? Ultra wide Etc. What
would be a good PCI SCSI card to buy? This would be a conversion
from a existing EIDE drive. I believe I would only need a drive and
card? Right? The PCI card would any motherboard?

The current backup method is from a Seagate Tapestor end user
unit. I assume I would not need a new SCSI capable backup unit
since we will not backup from the server?
