The error refers to empty lines as well as written lines, therefore line 7
is the "SHELL=C:\COMMAND.COM C:\ /E: /P".  If you set the environment with
the "/E:" option, you must also provide a size in kilobytes. Like this:

SHELL=C:\COMMAND.COM C:\ /E:512 /P

The last line refers to your CDROM drive. Not to your "D" drive.
