Hi Jacob,

Either the motherboard, CPU or power supply will cause the problem. Is this
a new build, or did you recently add anything to it? One thing I did
recently on a new build that stumped me for a few minutes was that the
power supply had shipped by default with the AC voltage selection in the
230V position, on the US 115V AC, it couldn't supply enough power. It was
fine after switching it to the 115V setting.

Also, check that the MB is not shorting out to the case at all, usually the
case has more mounting holes than the MB, if you put a metal standoff in
one of these positions, it will short out parts of the MB. I usually place
the MB on a non-conducting surface outside the case the first time I start
to put it together and turn it on, just to make sure it works.

If this is OK, one thing to try and diagnose it is to remove all memory,
drives, and all cards (even the video card). Make sure the PC speaker is
hooked up so you can hear any beeps. If it powers on and beeps, then the
MB, power supply and CPU are OK. Start adding memory, then video card and
see if you can get to the POST screen.
