Check the power supply first.
It sounds like an error early in the POST.
If you can get one try a POST card.
If not try removing all the accessories from the MB and see if it will POST
with just a video card and one memory stick.
Do you get any beeps or any activity at all when it starts?
Post your results.

Subject: [PCBUILD] Pc in trouble

My pc has been for the past few months been failing to do the boot sequence
when you first start it up. Upon turning it off and then turning it back on
it usually starts normally. It now will not start no matter what. all the
cdroms flash and the hard drive light goes on but the screen remains blank.
No boot sequence. Not the monitor. If Anyone knows whats up I would really
appreciate it. Thanks!!
