Yes. (I've done it.) Everything would probably run as
CL 3 though.

You might consider putting the slower DIMM in the first
DIMM slot...so that the board detects the memory as CL 3.
(Remember that there is a small read only memory chip on
the DIMM which tells the motherboard what timings to use.
This feature is called SPD for Serial Presence Detect.)
I don't think it really matters which DIMM is where but
it can't hurt to be sure. Also, if your BIOS will let you
manually set the memory timings in BIOS Setup, override
the automatic settings if necessary and set everything
to CL 3.
