My preferred method is to boot from the WinXP cdrom.
it will start the XP install automagically.
There are XP boot disks, but it is a 6 disk set and takes along time to
load.
There is a single floppy Xp system setup disk on the freepctech.com website
http://freepctech.com/pc/002/files010.shtml
It's the last file in the regular boot disk section.
I haven't tried this one, but it should work.
The 6 disk xp boot set is on that page too.

Easiest is to set your computer to boot from the cdrom in bios and run setup
from the winxp cd, but I have seen some older computers that won't boot from
the CD.
