A Bare-Bones system upgrade might be something you wish to consider.
For about $250 dollars you can get an AMD XP 1700, Asus A7V266-M motherboard with 256 Mb of memory , floppy drive, and case w/power-supply. They will do a free 24 hr burn in test before shipping this to you already assembled. If you are interested use the following link to go to Aberdeeninc.com

http://www.aberdeeninc.com

What you want to look for is the Bare-Bones system configuarator. I have done business with Aberdeen twice before and bought motherboard combinations from them. I was very pleased with their service and quality of their merchandise.
These particular Bare-Bones will not ship before 10/15/03. They are back ordered. This is a some what faster system at a reasonable price. By the way the Windows 98 has some nice improvements ove
r Windows 95 especially where the internet is concerned. Best of luck, whatever you decide to do!
