What settings is the card using- I/O, IRQ, DMA, etc. ?
Is it a sound blaster compatible ?
Also check Volume Properties to verify WAV is enabled
for that card.
Any chance dos drivers are loaded or other startup
programs which require a reboot to become active ?

hope one of these helps -yui shin
