your best bet is to check the current modem cards IRQ....maybe it is using 5
which the sound card would like to use...If that is a 60mhz, then it might
not be plug & play BIOS which would cause a possible IRQ conflict between
the modem and the sound card wave or midi sections....another scenario, try
the sound card without the modem...if it boots, then there is a conflict....
