I installed a new (supposedly) motherboard and it freezes at the end of the PCI device listing.  Bios recognizes all drives, memory, and CPU.

Motherboard is A7VL-VM Asus, 1gig Duron, 240 watt power, 128 mb SDRAM (new).

Any help is greatly appreciated.
