Intel Celeron CPUS are fixed at 4.5x multiplier. If the bus speed is set to
66mhz then you get 300mhz.....If the motherboard bus speed is set to 100mhz,
then the CPU will run at 450mhz.....If you motherboard supports the 100mhz
bus speed then you should be able to attempt this overclock. Newsgroups are
reporting a 90%+ success rate at overclocking the 300A Celeron at
450mhz.....Cooling is the only issue and Step-Thermodynamics cooling system
allows the overclock to be successful....
