I have a very small NT server that is currently running a P200mmx CPU on a
mainboard with a TX chipset. I just came into possession of another
mainboard with the VIA Apollo 580VP chipset from a computer they wanted to
get rid of at work. I don't know much about non-Intel chipsets. My question
is which board would be better for this small NT server. Both boards have
512k of pipeline burst cache and support the CPU in question. I know this
VIA chipset is older than the TX, but that doesn't really mean anything.
Look at the HX compared to the TX. Oh, one other thing, the TX board is
seemingly brandless. I'm still trying to find its manufacturer. The VIA
board is an FIC board which does mean I can get pretty good support. Any
opinions on which of the two boards to use? It's a very small server. Only 4
or 5 users are ever logged on at anytime.

TIA
