My computer keeps locking up and when this happens i have to do a hard reboot, turn power off and sometimes i have to cycle the power to the power supply several times, and when this happens i can hear the hard drive run but no video appears, but finally it will.  What can i do to fix this problem, is it the video card, i am running win2k, 256 megs of ram, 1800 athlon processor.
