Hi Jay...

Please describe, in detail, the pulsing sound you hear. Are they "beeps" or
"siren"?? Any order to them?  By your description, it sounds like an
overheating problem, until you get to the "pulsing siren" sound you hear.
Bad memory or video will result in certain series of "beeps". But there is
a siren sound that will let lose on some boards for other reasons. Does
your motherboard manual describe such a sound?
